Making an appointment
Patients who are already known in the private practice can make an appointment online. It is very important to choose the right kind of appointment from the list of possibilities.
New patients can only make an appointment by phone: 02 469 00 85.
For sexology appointments: please send an email to moc.liamg@ocenyggoobennerrd with sexology in the subject line and providing your name, first name, date of birth and mobile number. You will then receive a list of possible appointments as soon as possible.
If making an appointment through the site does not work
Please let us know if you encountered a problem while trying to make an appointment via our site, either by phone (02 469 00 85) or by sending an email to moc.liamg@ocenyggoobennerrd stating your name, first name, date of birth and mobile number. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Canceling an appointment at the private practice
If you wish to cancel an appointment, you have the following options:
- Through the website (if you made your appointment this way)
- Sending an email to moc.liamg@ocenyggoobennerrd stating "cancellation", your full name and the date and time of the appointment you wish to cancel.
- Call 02 469 00 85
In order to allow us to offer the vacant spot to another patient, appointments need to be cancelled
- at least 24 hours in advance for a gynaecological consultation
- and at least 72 hours in advance for a sexology consultation.
A compensation of €30 for a gynaecological consultation and €50 for a sexology consultation will be charged for appointments that are not kept or that were cancelled too late (deontological code art. 77, your health insurance fund will not reimburse this).
